Our Story
From Naples to Your Table
When Giuseppe and Maria Russo left their small village near Mount Vesuvius in 1985, they carried two things — a worn leather suitcase and Maria's mother's pasta recipes, written on flour-dusted paper.
Two years later, they opened La Famiglia with four tables, a hand-built wood-fired oven, and a belief that the best food comes from the simplest ingredients, prepared with love. Giuseppe still fires up the oven every morning. Maria still makes every sheet of pasta by hand.
Nearly four decades later, not much has changed. The oven is the same. The recipes are the same. The only thing that's grown is the family — and that includes you.
